Tuesday, September 06, 2005 - Its raining..? :

Feeling slightly sick (cold) today. Must have been the dust generated from the construction site near my hall day and night. Ack. And guess what?! Recently, I realised that I have been having a high count of hair loss! Can collect hair on my pillow after every night. Oh no, issit a sign of old age? Or a sign that I have been using slightly higher brain power? Lol, I hope not.

Well, that's life I guess. Where every stage of it, there's something to figure out and learn about; Or sometimes, old value to be re-assess and re-define. Sometimes, there's sunshine, sometimes, there's rain; Well, recently I think I have seen the rainbow! I can't say that everyday of my life is full of sunshine, and I guess its more of rainy days in the past. Life is like that; we can't make everyday a sunny day, for sometimes, things happened that tend to turn our day around; but what we do have control over, is our attitude towards life.

The rain isn't that bad either. It isn't there to deter us from 'going out'. We can either shut ourselves up when it rains, cuddle on our warm bed, and looking out through the window, ever wondering why did it rain in the first place; curse and swear when it starts to rain; or actually find a way to go out. Occasionally, someone comes along with an umbrella, and offers us a chance to go out in the rain. If that does happens, I think its a good time to accept the offer, see the world under the shelter of another, and perhaps developed a better understanding for one another as we venture out into the world together. Of course, do take turns to 'carry the umbrella'! When the rain stops, and the sun returns, sometimes, its nice to known that there is someone with you to view the beautiful scenery of the rainbow.

I still don't like the rain. Lol. But when it does rain, I will want to go out and till now, I am thankful for the 'umbrellas' that had been offered. Give me a phone call if it rains on yr side; I make sure I bring a BIG umbrella when you need it. =)
